Useing Oracle MSCA with a GUI client on Mobile 6.5 I loose the control key functions. How do I turn them back on?

Hi, did you ever get a response or advice? We're using Cre-ME 4.12 Build 30 and the FN key functions work, but not the CTRL key functions. Both on WM5 (MC9090) and WM6.5 (MC9190).

We have installed the Oracle MSCA on a Mobile 6.5 and are unable to navigate the screens using the function keys. Appreciate your help in this regards.
