It's pointless at the moment... you'd be better served to wait until final release if Home Premium is what you're after. You could try using vLite (though I doubt it works with Win 7) to strip out features if that's what you're trying to do...

If I am not mistaken, the windows 7, like vista's dvd will contain everything, ie:ultimate. The features that are active are determined by the product code that is entered at installation time.
If your product code is for the release candidate, you get ultimate. In the control panel/programs and features, you should be able to turn off any parts you don't want or need.
