Ordered a pair of HP ink cartridges from eBuyer last week, this morning they both arrived, the colour cartridge delivered by one carrier, and the black cartridge by another carrier; I also requested the cheapest economy (we'll deliver it some time this year) rate, both were shipped as 24hr....Um?

Hahaha gotta love em.
Wouldnt complain if you aint being charged extra. Personally i have never had a prob with em and they are always my first website check but ive heard some horror stories in the past as well. Were both carriers different Citylink vans?

One was by CityLink, the other by ParcelForce.
The price was half what a certain high-street store charge, so they can't have made much profit on this sale (if any).

I imagine most of their profit would come from prebuit boxes, and the rest would be sheer volume at a 3-4% markup like Asda, Sainsbury's etc. Pretty much everyone i know uses eBuyer.

Can you explain me that at how much cost you bought it from there?I want to know that how much economy rate they provide for cartridges.

I often buy stuff from ebuyer.... and always go for the "Free" delivery option - within 5 working days. Always turns up earlier... so cant fault them for service.

The two cartridges come from different suppliers, hence the two couriers. ebuyer buy their items like cartridges as "delivery included". Even stuff from their own warehouse that they deliver free is done because they ship in such vats quantities that the likes of citylink must think christmas has come early.

Dont knock it... ebuyer are hard to beat on prices.... and service is just as good too

I choose supersave for new lappy, eta 8 days, woken out of bed next day by Royal Mail, can't complain about ebuyer, they are no.1 in book after years of purchasing from them.
