Hello,
i need help on how to use wifi on my Virgin VM560. it says that it'd wifi enabled, but i dont know how to use it.

Not sure what "wifi enabled" means for this phone, but the Virgin specs pages don't list WiFi for it http://www.virginmobile.com/vm/vie [...] Id=9792548

Check the manual maybe.
