Hello, I have an IPAQ 3955 with pocket PC version 3.0.11171. I need to upgrade to version 4, but can't figure out how to do it. can you help?

Don't think you can, iPaq support and upgrades from Compaq ended a while ago. Seems all the downloads for them are also gone from the support pages.

You may be able to get the OS version 4 from MS somewhere, probably from their developer section and see if you can install that on the iPaq.
