Access SIM Application Toolkit (SAT) using GSM modules

Hi, there!

I am trying to make the application and GSM Device to interact with PC, The application should be capable of doing all the stuff any one can do with cell phone.

For SIM Application Toolkit, I need to access the menus in Sim card already built-in by the Cellular company for value added services.

I was using SIMCOM SIM300z GSM Module for this application. But now i found it don't support for SAT operations. I also tried SIM300W but same case again.

Can any body suggest any wavecom, siements or ZTE module that can work for me.
Please tell me if you already work on this. Because i have to purchased online, and cannot returned if in case, it don't work.

I can also use any USB dongle that is popular today from huawai or ZTE for GSM.
