Hello,
my ipod is connected to my hp probook laptop but when i try and open the ipod icon to view the files...i cannot see anything....and yes i did turn on the show folders option in the control panel....pls help

Did you already sync iTunes to upload your music?
Can your iPod find the music when you're not connected to the laptop?
