Hello,
I have the intel pro/wireless Lan 21003A adapter in my Dell 600M laptop. Just tried to install a linksys E1200 wireless router and it will not set up. the cisco error message is "wireless adaptor doesn't support WPA or WPA2". Do I need to get a new EXTERNAL wireless adaptor? My iphone is picking up the cignal...

That wifi card should support WAP and probably WPA2, I have connected laptops as old as yours using the Intel Pro wifi card to WPA2 at home.

Do you have the latest drivers for your system? What won't setup, the router or the laptop connection to the router?
