It can damage it a bit yes so over time it will hold less of a charge. If you use the laptop plugged in all the time, remove the battery.

Don't keep it charged all the time! very important. Your battery will wind up dead very quickly because of the constantly generated heat.

Accurately speaking, you can't over charge the laptop battery. When the power up to 100%, most of the battery have built-in the overcharge protection circuit.

Yes if you keep the battery always plugged in eventually it will hold less and less charge.
