Hello,i have a BB curve and i can open vid and pic attachments sent TO my email on my home pc. But when i send the BB attachments to my parents PC they cant open them. Its a DELL pc and i dont live near them. Its not an issue my end as it works fine for me. So what are they doing wrong?
