If by any chance, you had installed some program like Google Sync on your phone, you could check your Gmail address book and get all those numbers back.
You could check your previous Bills and try to recognize numbers (if you get a detailed bill)
If that was a prepaid phone, call Customer Service and ask about frequently called numbers
