Hello,
Am trying to use connect to radio but once i select the radio option,i get this message:-Radio off.
Am also not able to turn on my Bluetooth device.

you may have to connect the headset to the phone or you cant use radio

The headset is used as the antenna by the phone to receive radio broadcast signal in Nokia phones.
