What is everyone's experience and feedback about Acer customer support?

Ok in Australia. Had an Acer laptop, broke a key from the keyboard within warranty and made an appointment with a repair center. Went to the repair center and a new keyboard was installed in a minute. However it the laptop die soon after the warranty expire.

the US acer doesnt have any service centers that i know of. All of their online help and phone support is garbage
