Hi Guys,
I am planning to buy Kindle for reading my office docs at home. I want to ask if Kindle will be able to read all my official PDFs and DOCs or does it read only specially licensed PDF sold by Amazon?

It can read normal documents. Although I don't know if it will read all of them, depending on formatting.

Content Formats Supported Kindle (AZW), TXT, PDF, Audible (Audible Enhanced (AA, AAX)), MP3, unprotected MOBI, PRC natively; HTML, DOC, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP through conversion.
