I am sixteen years old. I have a at&t Pantech. It is the worst phone I have ever had. I freezes all the time. It wont let me turn it off. So, I just take the back off and turn it on. Well it doesn't turn on completely. It looks like it is going to turn on but nope its freeze again. Its stays on the at&t loading screen and it stays like that for hours. What should I do?

Head over to an AT&T store, they can probably replace it. Unless you got it wet or dropped it with visible dings, then they will probably charge you for a new phone.

Check with your parents for some help.

There is no simple way of fixing a flaky phone.
