My Kids used the wrong power supply on my Acer Laptop
and now it won't boot, no lights come on and nother at all
happens when using the original power supply, what could be
damaged, is there an internal power block that could be replaced
or is my motherboard dead?

not actually ever doing that before I can only guess, but if it doesn't boot under any circumstances, the MB is most likely dead. I know of no laptop, save for some very old Armadas and Toshibas that had internal power supplies.
