My bro bought a laptop from cyberpower.com...all was well until tonight. Wireless and ethernet/LAN won't let him connect online. Keeps saying limited access. Diagnosed the problems and it was saying hardware or driver issues. Can't get online to check Microsoft update. Deletes both the LAN and wireless and reinstalled the drivers via CD. Still no connection. It was working fine and tonight it just crapped out. Anyone know what I can check and see?
