It depends on what you are doing with it. If you are gaming, the Gateway will rock the other two laptops with its much stronger 8800 GTS graphics card. On the down side, it has a slower CPU, so any program that needs processing power, will run better on either Satellite unit.
 
I would order them:
Gateway FX > Satellite X205 > Satellite P305

Yep logan is right, 8800M GTS is a solid card and destroys the  
8700/8600M GT

That is always a good plan, but with any upgrade to an OEM machine, it WILL void the warranty. That's if they find out. If you go that route, keep the original CPU and put it back in if you need warranty work ;)
