Hi I have 945G Motherboard and a radeon 5570, 2 gig ram, so what is my ram limit?

Depends on the make and model of the motherboard and which operating system your using. I'd take a guess at 4gb (as most retailers only bundle 64bit with systems with 4gb of ram).

motherboard is Intel and i have windows 7 ultimate 32 bit

Then my initial guess was correct.
According to Intel's site (http://ark.intel.com/products/chipsets/8765) the motherboard only supports 4gb.
Any 32bit operating system only supports 4gb also.
