How to overclock mobility radeon 7500

i have a "craptop" a compaq evo n800c,it´s old and such,but when i try to run secondlife on it,the screen starts to fail and blinks and sometimes gets black,other than that all other apps run smooth.i have ati utility to overclock but i think i can get more from that old 64M card.
it´s running on a pentium4 1800Ghz.
appreciate some help please.

try updating your drivers, it looks like a driver issue.
Also you could upgrade your cpu to something decent if you felt up to that, if you dont have a new laptop already(2 years now?)
you could probably put up to a pent 4-m 2.6ghz, or a 1.7ghz pent m if your bios and chipset supports it, then again, you may have a new laptop by now.
