I know Proceed is no longer a current product, but I would like to
update the software in my Proceed AVP-S. HGS wants $114.00 for the
adapter to accomplish this task and my local Radio Shack can't get all
the necessary parts to build my own. Since I live in a semi-rural area,
I don't have many options.

Does anyone know of a (former) Proceed dealer in Minnesota, Wisconsin or
Illinois I could contact to have them download the software? I already
have the software (3.32) I just need to find someone with an adapter.
