i was using my vaio and it just cut out all of a sudden, will not turn back on. please help?

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

First thing to check is the fuse in the mains plug, second thing the connecting plug in the back of the computer. Any lights on or sounds coming from within?
