My keyboard is typing the wrong keys

my keyboard has incredibly malfunctioned I cant get any punctuation as you can tell due to the shift key not working and when I go to click on a new page it always comes up with a new window any help?

Hi, its either the keyboard connector or the keyboard itself.
If you can remove the keyboard and with compressed air blow where the ribbon cable connects to the laptop and then refit keyboard. If you still have a problem then your keyboard has failed on part of the keyboard and you need a replacement keyboard.
