Hello, the dvd-r says its using 3.2 GB yet outragiously claiming there is no space left on it. But the label on the front of the disk is having none of it and everytime I re-check it to see if I've mis-read it, the same bold writing offers 4.7 GB of space. I have no real knowledge of computers and there little disk buddies so could someone please tell me how I can accsee that space.... or have I just scammed by Philips

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

If the burn or copy you made is taking up the entire disk, it's usually because the disk wasn't properly finalised. Check the settings in your burning utility for a missing tick.
