Can you give us some kind of spec. P&G made a significant range of faders
and there might be a substitute.
His company, MANCO, is the sole distributor for small quantities of
P&G parts in the US and he knows a lot about a lot of stuff. He has
some resources for old parts as well as repair parts and if anyone can
help you out, he's the one.
He likes model trains, too.

I have a whole bunch of P&G faders... many new in the box, some with
"Neve" face plates... lemme know what you need and I'll let you know
