Hello,
My laptop brike. So I bought an external hard drive enclosure to get the files off my hard drive. When I try to open my user file I getting 'Access Denied'. Im guessing this is because I had a sign in password?? please can someone help as I have many pictures that i want to save :-)

use this it should do the job

you can select multiple files at the same time--it may take quite a while to take ownership of them all if you have a large amount of data

Or you can just select the directory they are in and when prompted chose the option to apply these settings to all files and sub folders.
