Hello,
I carried out a driver update via the Dell support site following suggestions re a hardware conflict on another post and when i installed the first driver (chipset, I think?) everything was ok and then I installed the second (Bios 'spark' I think) which resulted in the PC not booting. Would really appreciate any help - thank you

If you have done a BIOS update, check the selected boot device and boot order within the bios.

Could you tell us what the last message on the screen is that you see when you try to boot the system. Do you get anything on screen at all??
