I brought up Galaxy 10R Ku and wanted to watch KPBI at 12114 SR 4444. The
channel locked up and I have a quality rating of 74. Video is great, but no
audio. Any ideas? WMQF works ok, but is quite a bit weaker (41 quality) and
right on the edge of breaking up! Any ideas?
