i have £200 i need mobo,cpu,ram and graphics card any idea s pls or is my budget too low ?

NOW, while taking your £200 budget into consideration, i think you will find that the extra £20 is well spent for a decent mid range gpu.

However after a power surge you may need a new decent power supply so think on, as you never scrimp when buying a new power supply.
