I just bought a used 920 from Ebay. Yes it works on half of the
transponders, sooo if you need a 26lb anchor I have one. Good bye fair well
to Noah and his arc or is it Henry and his "A". I've had it with bud dishes,
gone to an RCA receiver for $99 and when it goes down just replace it. I
just wasted 2 days setting and re setting, adjusting and readjusting. Sorry,
but I just been had....so off to Best Buy and good bye to all the days
lifting, twisting a 10 foot monster around the yard and receivers right from
the last generation of wizards. Cheers

Forget what I said !!! We found the problem and the Receiver is working
great and we locked on the digital channels with in minutes. I take back
what I said about poor old buds. Their still the greatest, . The problem as
actually minor, when we opened the case we found that the pin for the 5v
connector was not making contact... a slight push and bingo.
Without a doubt I was defeated at one point, this was really a great
learning curve and I would like to again thank everyone for their help and
encouragement over the past few days. Now to watch a show in digital C BAND

Thanks Ben .... my wife has been catching up on her movies.. since I've been
playing for the last 3 days.
Any good suggestions were to get a new 4dtv remote. I need a second for the
workshop. There's one on Ebay for 44.95. The one on Ebay Joes Shop, maybe a
generic.I asked for details but reply.
I tried Skyvision and their back ordered. I have an old Jensen which will
change channels, favourites, but no fine tuning or options. It will do for
now.... "Ben" <none@none.moc> wrote in message

Thanks I did it with joe's satellite before I got your note. I noticed
atselectronics was for a specific 920 and said GI. ..... Joe's is for all
4dtv, but I assume a generic.. late again!

All 4DTV remotes are interchangeable. They will work with any model 4DTV. Most 905
remotes do not have UHF capability (but a few do).

You truly must be the most impatient belligerent temper tantrum brat I have ever had the privilege of putting up with. If you would have spent more time working the problem rather than wasting space on the internet with your useless rant, you might have actually solved your problem and spared us your incredible stupidity and child-like behavior.
