The 2SC177A (E) crosses to an NTE90.

However, NTE has discontinued their production of the NTE90, and
whatever is in the supply line is all that there is ever gonna be......

I need a cross for the 2SC177A (E) (F)...

or,

or a source to purchase NTE90s.
