My current set up is as follows: e4200 (2nd floor)=>MOCA adapters=>dd-wrt'd wrt54g bridge mode(basement)=>ethernet to PS3/Xbox/TV/STB, etc. Works fine as is but want to get the dual band e3000 in the basement.

I want to do pretty much the same thing but with the e3000 in place of the wrt54g. I do want G only on 2.4 and N only on 5 duplicating what I have set up on the e4200.

I tried setting it up already but obviously things were different dd-wrt v tomato (a current victek build) and things didn't quite work out. I flashed to tomato as I used tomato for another wireless bridge (e2000) I set up in my bedroom for DirecTV whole home DVR which works great.

Really appreciate any help!
