My Toshiba Satellite C650D with a processor AMD E-399 APU with Radeon(tm) HD is not able to connect to internet, saying no ethernet/network controllers, it is using windows 7 OS how can I get it updated if am unable to go online or which drivers do I need for it to work properly and connect to internet wireless or wire?

There are a few of those 650D models out there. Go here, http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin [...] p/home.jsp click on Downloads, can get network drivers from there.
