I'm stumped but I think there's an obvious answer and I don't see it. What am I not thinking of? I am unable to access only one site - I get timed out every time I try to open it (it is my bank site and I've been accessing it for years without any problem). I talked to several customer service people and to that website's tech people in Florida, Missouri and India. So far no answer. I'm able to access all other sites and I've tried to use Firefox, IE9, Chrome and Opera. None of them can access the site. (In the past I haven't tried to access the site with any of the browsers other than Firefox.) I've tried turning off my firewall and disabling all the browser addons. I've gone through the "cookie allower" in Firefox and both deleted anything related and "allowed" all the domains that seem related. Using the same router my wife's laptop opens the website every time. Stumped. Any suggestions appreciated.

I just tried (again) a route trace and it goes through to the 17th step then times out.

See linked screencap, the end of the route trace...
