Just want to know how to synchronise two wireless interface cards so one will scan while the other will keep he connection with the remote host, the role will be interchanged by the two cards

What do you mean "one will scan"? You don't want two network cards swapping back and forth, it will lead to drop-outs, lag, probably crashes. Aside from the fact that this is not how wireless cards work or networking.

You may want to start your question at the beginning, why are you asking this? What's the goal here?
