Forum Wireless Networking : Setup, Configuration & Security Using multiple wireless interfaces

I have a dual band 802.11n router and a new N card to replace my old wireless G card. Would there be any benefit to me keeping the old card in, adding the new card, and connecting to both my 2.4 and 5 Ghz networks at the same time? Is there a way to get windows 7 to do some kind of load balancing between the two interfaces?
