My dads laptop wont stay connected to the internet. it stays connected to the network but its just says unidentified network and no internet access even though my desktop (also connected wirelessly) is able to connect no problems. I have a BT home-hub 3 with fiber-optic. The laptop is an asus K53E. Both computers are wirless-n in case that's important.
