I guess this the right place :D

I have a Win XP x32/Win 7 x64 dual boot machine, connecting via ethernet to my cable modem. When I had only the Win XP, all worked fine.

Now, if I am XP and online, if I restart into Win7, I have to power cycle my modem before I can go online. If I then restart any number of times into Win7, there is no connections problem. If I then restart into XP, then I have to power cycle the modem again. If I then restart any number of times into XP, then there is no problem. If I then restart into Win7, then I have to power cycle the modem.....

Etc, ad nauseam - I guess you see the pattern :p

How to fix so it don't do this but works like a sensible system should? :)

Try updating the network adapter's driver in the W7 installation.
