I recently bought a Polk 6000 soundbar that has a wireless subwoofer. Whenever I try to stream netflix wirelessly to my tv I keep losing the netflix service. I had no problems with streaming before connecting the soundbar. I have been reading customer reviews on the soundbar and many have suggested to bring up the router's configuration screen and change the channel setting. Currently both are set for channel one.
I have uverse 12mbps. How would I go about changing the channel? and will this cause any problems with my other wireless devices in the house?
You can try other channels, like 6 or 11 to see if it helps. You would make that change in the configuration page for your router -- look over the manual for specific details, but it will be in the wireless configuration section.
