Hello,

I for months have been able to have my Clear 4G modem plugged into my Netgear 600 gigabit dual band 2.4 / 5 wifi router and pick up the net with no problem on both Roku boxes in our home as well as on my laptop.

Then 3 days ago my network SSID was not picking up. My Clear isp is fine on their end, did trouble shoot/tech support/refreshed my modem on their end and mine, and it wasn't ever nor working to begin with, just thought it might help.

The net comes in just fine from the modem directly to my laptop, or roku box, but it does not push though my Netgear anymore. So when I tried to fix that and it didn't work I went and bought a Belkin to try with the same specs but their patented technology that was rated the longest range.

Still no good. I can find everybody on the street's wifi networks, I pick them all up, but can't find my router in the same room. 2 routers, no difference.

I'm on a Samsung RV511 Intel Core i3 64bit Windows 7 Home Premium on it with a partitioned 500 G HD with 6 G of Ram.

The Clear Hub is their 1st gen, they don't have firmware updates, and both these routers seem to be working just fine. Something happened though 3 days ago and I just can't figure it out, neither can their techs on either side of this situation.

Tried to go in and reset the adapter settings, disable n them re enable the link everything. Of note: Even running the Clear into the Belkin and then into my laptop using the lan port, it doesn't show up. So why would the Clear Hub not push through the router after months of being able to, and not through the new one either? Could their tech support have lied to me about them not updating the firmware to somehow disable that, so I'd have to upgrade to their new Hubs which already have internal Wifi broadcasting? :sarcastic:
