My wireless connection keeps connecting and dis connecting. My computer says our wirless network is available but after connecting it randomly disconnects and reconnects over and over.

It sounds like you may have interference from radio generating sources (wireless phones, microwaves, etc.) or more likely nearby networks on the same radio channels as your router is using. To check on competing wireless channels use THIS GUIDE.
