Install and configure exchange server

hey guys i just joined the site and i had a question thats been puzzling me for the past year. for my graduation project i picked the hardest thing i could do which was setup a Windows Exchange server 2010 64x edition and use several virtual machines. im tired of trying to find information when i don't really know what im doing. please can you guys help me to setup exchange server, use Hyper-v with virtual machines (windows 7) and make them communicate with exchange server. i would prefer local configuration rather than forwarding it through the internet because im having troubles with my webiste right now but if you can do it another way to forward mail through the internet then please tell me.... thanks guys for the help in advanced
