a workgroup computer cannot access a Domain share for security reason; however, a domain computer can access a workgroup share.

share the folder on the workgroup computer and use a domain computer to transfer the data.

On the domain, you will need to have a username and password ready. From the workgroup, map the drive to the computer. The username will be domain\username and the password.

The workgroup isn't trusted, but if you supply a valid username in the domain with the password, you should get a connection. This is very general though - if additional security measures are in place this may not work.
