Hello,
I had Comcast upgrade my services , TV, Phone and internet - now my wireless and hard wired internet LAN is not functioning - Cisco doesn't offer service anyone out there that could help me I have a linksys cable Router and linksys wireless router and need to get MacBook pro, Brother 3 in one fax, printer and copy machine working together

Have yo plugged your computer into the modem directly and tried to get internet? It could be an issue on their end. If it does then I would say that more than likely your router isn't pulling a correct IP address and you may need to renew it.
