Cannot connect to internet

i cant connect to the internet every time i open my laptop. so i have to disable the connection first and then diagnose it to connect to the internet. Pop ups about IP conflict sometimes occur.. what should i do? i already tried ip/release and ip/renew but it didn't work..

You're getting an IP conflict with another PC or server? Are there systems configured to use a static IP address and if so, have static IP addresses been excluded from the DHCP server? ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew is required only if the laptop was connected to a different network and not rebooted before being reconnected to a different network.
