Hello,
My laptop is an HP zv6000"Pavillion" running XP
SP3. I can't veiw any wireless networks in network connections thought the laptop is sitting next to it. I have tried putting in a preferred network, both secured and unsecured
changing settings on my router as I went. I tried various settings including WPA-PS2 which is in the network connections. I have the wireless turned on WLAN is on. I am stumped!
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Register or log in to remove.

Test the laptop with another wifi network (friend/relative) that you know is working.

If you get the same fault then the wifi card on your laptop is either not turned on, the drivers are not installed correctly or it is faulty.

If the laptop DOES work elsewhere, then it is your router.

Please post back with results.
