Sooooo I'm getting a tv with wifi, is there anything I can do to use it to connect my desktop to wifi? i will be using the tv as a moniter via HDMI. If not I'll just get a pci wifi card. I just think it would be incredibly useful to be able to use the tv's.

short answer is no.

the TV wifi is there for the TV to connect to your wireless router to allow for firmware updates, streaming videos, and connect to the internet.
