Worked great in the same room same circuit breaker, what if the AC to network adapters are on a different circuit breaker? Any solution for that?

The newer faster models do fair on the same panel but different breaker if your wiring is good. Make sure that neither of the breakers has a ground fault interrupt and no surge protectors.

If you still get a poor connection you can patch to a different breaker closer with a CAT 5e or wireless signal to one Powerline adapter that works better on a different nearby circuit.
