I have a friend staying with me who would like to log into my wireless system. Can someone talk me through the procedure please?

Which OS? If Windows XP follow THIS guide. If it is Windows Vista or 7 just click on the network icon in the system tray (lower right screen) and select the network and click connect and type in the security code.
