Forum Wireless Networking : Range & Connectivity No network access, limited access wireless...?

I suspect the problems started occurring after a windows update but I can't verify it to be true. I'm having 2 issues, 1, my computer hangs on the Welcome screen for a really long time and 2, I can't connect to my internet. It says, Unidentified network and Limited access next to my wireless network. All that I have really tried so far is to run Troubleshoot problems, but that (as per usual) didn't fix anything. I went into CMD and typed ipconfig and I noticed that it doesn't display the Default gateway, there are no numbers displayed next to it (and there is on my laptop, which is running fine, and I also did updates recently on my laptop).

Anyone know how I can fix the internet issue? I'm more concerned about that at the moment because I can deal with the Welcome screen hang later.

NOTE: Sorry if I put this in the wrong sub-category.
